Point State Park

The state park of Pennsylvania, Point State Park is located in the Downtown of Pittsburgh and opened in August 1974.  Perched at the tip of the Golden Triangle, the park is spread across 32 acres approximately. It boasts the outlines of the two of the oldest forts, Fort Duquesne and Fort Pitt as well as one of the nation’s largest fountains which shoot water up to 150 meters high. Carnegie Museum of Art

The Carnegie Museum of Art (CMOA) is one of the most lively art institutions in the United States. With a prominence on modern art, the museum has a massive collection of 35,000 works including Impressionist and post-Impressionist paintings, fine art, American and European paintings from the late 17th century to present, sculpture, decorative art, installations, and architecture. It was founded by Pittsburgh-based industrialist Andrew Carnegie in the year 1895. It also has few galleries like Hall of Sculpture (show decorative art objects from the 18th to 20th century), Ailsa Mellon Bruce Galleries (representing European and American decorative arts), Hall of Architecture (exhibit architectural masterpieces from Gothic, Romanesque, and Renaissance Europe), and others. Duquesne Incline

A funicular railway operating since 1877 gives the panoramic view of the city of Pittsburgh. It is inclined at the angle of 30 degrees and is 244 meters long. The Duquesne Incline has been carrying visitors up to Mount Washington (it is the same place where Pittsburgh's three rivers meet). Mount Washington is a popular neighborhood for its grand home and supreme restaurants. You can get the admiring views once you reach the top (the observation deck), explore the small museum and learn about the history and fun facts of the city as well as buy a souvenir from the gift shop present over there.
