The Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Durham are the shoulder seasons, spring from March to May and fall from late September to Early November because these months serve warm to the mild climate. Plus the blossoms of the spring and the dormant of beautiful foliage during fall gives the perfect visual of the city. Actual summer starts from June to August which is quite humid and hot but welcomes most of the tourists due to summer breaks. Wintertime tends to be cold which lasts from December to February, January being the coldest month.
