Check-in

The air carrier allows you to check-in online at any time between 24 and 3 hours before departure and eases your check-in process. This also helps you to check-in your luggage in advance, select your seat, meal options (if available) and many more, before you set forth for the flight.

Baggage Policy

All passengers, except passengers who have bought a UP Basic ticket, are permitted a free checked baggage allowance. The checked baggage allowance may change as per travel class. Baggage benefits may be entitled to Matmid Club’s members.

The maximum allowed weight for any piece of baggage is 32 kg and the size is 277 cm on all the flights. Passengers are allowed to carry up to five pieces of baggage per person. Baggage pieces more than five and weights over 32 kg and/or above 277 cm are handled by the El Al Cargo Department.
