It maintains its head office in Thunder Bay International Airport with a hub at Greater Sudbury Airport, Sioux Lookout Airport, and Winnipeg Airport. Thunder Bay is a major hub of Bearskin, linking Northern Ontario's five largest cities to NW Ontario and to Winnipeg. With the fleet size of 14 aircraft, the airline was established in 1963 named after Bearskin Lake. 

In-flight Amenities

Seats are not assigned in advance. Given the aircraft are flown by Bearskin Airlines, each person gets an aisle and a window seat.

Pets are allowed to carry in the cargo section of the plane on a seasonal basis.

Baggage Policy

The first bag always travels FREE! 

The airline allows one carry-on baggage with the maximum weight up to 6 kg onboard and one free checked baggage that must not exceed 23 kg. 

An additional fee will be charged on extra, oversized and overweight baggage. Individual pieces of checked baggage weighing above 32 kg will not be accepted as checked baggage. Maximum aggregate weight of all bags accepted will be 45 kg.
